In accordance with district procedures and records,
retention guidelines, the following records housed at Corbin High School will
be destroyed: Cumulative records for students who graduated/attended Corbin Independent
Schools during 2012. Cumulative records may include: various test scores,
report cards, activity participation sheets, enrollment forms, shot records,
birth certificate copy, social security card copy, recommendations records,
special education due process records, etc. Parties desiring a copy of his or
her records before destruction must contact Corbin High school at (606)
528-3902. After calling to schedule a pickup, records may be obtained with
positive identification; records must be picked up between the hours of 8:30 AM
and 2:30 PM before August 15th, 2016 at end of the school day.
*High School transcripts with student name, dates of
attendance, GPA, classes taken, grades and years completed are permanently
retained by Corbin Independent Schools.
