Corbin Primary School hosted their first annual Rugged Redhound Games last week.
The games were held to raise funds for a new Special Need/Sensory addition to the current Corbin Primary School playground. Students collected pledges for the completion of the Rugged Redhound Games, which consisted of an obstacle course set up in the Corbin Primary gym. All Corbin Primary students participated in the obstacle course during their recess and sponsored students received a Rugged Redhound Games t-shirt.
The obstacle course consisted of numerous fun games and challenges for students including bean bag tosses, tunnel crawls, jump rope, and much more. The Corbin Primary Parent Teacher Organization planned and hosted the event. The event raised $2,000 toward the new playground.
